500x a Tipo by mali dostat od roku 2022 nový 1,5 FF motor. Ako sa zdá, tak bývalá FCA si udrží FF motory, pretože sa plánuje ich nasadenie aj do AR, Lancie a JEEP-u: https://www.ruetir.com/2021/07/10/new-1 ... -and-jeep/

The new Fiat 1.5 engine Firefly will replace 1.3 T4 Firefly, an engine already widely used throughout the Fiat range, especially on petrol models. It will also project the cars of Turin towards electrification: this new Firefly engine will exploit a technology micro hybrid with 48V system and will be able to cover a very extended power range that will reach up to almost 300 horsepower: the power cuts will therefore be from 130 to 260/280 hp.

Od 2022 sa tiež chystá Tipo SW Cross.
